3.    NECESSARY CHANGES FOR TEACHER AGENCY

Necessary changes that can be made for teacher agency are:

·        To take educational learning decisions more seriously and include all the necessary parties, including teachers and principals.

·         Encourage opportunities for teachers to come together to solve problems and give them more freedom regarding their learning profession.
